Aromatic, full-flavoured beer vinegar with pronounced sourness made of our homebrewn dark bock beer. Just perfect for seasoning hearty meals, stews, and wild game dishes. Mellowed: at least 12 months, sourness: 5,5 %, eco-seal: DE-Öko-Kontrollstelle 001.
Red Beer Vinegar:
Strong vinegar with pleasing malt aroma made of our red beer, the classic city beer of Nuremberg. Just perfect for seasoning wild game and mushroom dishes. Mellowed: at least 12 months, sourness: 5,2 %, eco-seal: DE-Öko-Kontrollstelle 001.
Wheat Beer Vinegar:
Fresh and fruity vinegar with exhilarant flavour and delightful mild sourness, made of our summer wheat beer. Just perfect for seasoning summer salads, fish and poultry dishes. Mellowed: at least 12 months, sourness: 5 %, no additives or preservatives.

Hearty, hot, stone-ground mustard refined with fresh red beer. Recommendation: Enjoy this mustard with Nuremberg's typical grilled bratwursts or a pork roast.

Savoury, sweet-spicy, stone-ground mustard refined with fresh wheat beer. Recommendation: Enjoy this mustard with “Weißwurst“ (the typical Bavarian veal sausage), with “Leberkäse“ (a beef and pork loaf), or in a typically Franconian salad dressing.
